A six-bedroom property sleeping up to 26 guests, set in an elevated position above the Bandon River with panoramic views that stretch across the Kinsale countryside.

This is a home built for groups who want to be properly together, with a large, beautifully furnished space where everyone has room to breathe, the kitchen is genuinely big enough for group cooking and the views from the windows make even a quiet morning feel extraordinary.

A short drive from the centre of Kinsale town, Four Winds offers the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility: Peaceful enough to fully unwind, close enough that the restaurants, bars and harbour are never far away.

Four Winds is designed around the idea that a great group holiday is built on fabulous shared spaces and it delivers on that in every way..

The living area is warm, generous and feels comfortable from the minute you arrive. It’s the kind of space where a group naturally gravitates together, whether that’s for a long evening in, a movie night, or simply enjoying the views over a glass of wine.

The elevated position means the outlook from the living space is genuinely special, with the Bandon River and surrounding countryside stretching out beyond the windows.

The kitchen is a serious highlight. Fully equipped and spacious, with two large fridge freezers: a detail that sounds small but makes an enormous practical difference for a group of 20-plus people managing a week of self-catering.

There is ample counter space, everything you need for group cooking, and a dining area that brings everyone together for meals.
We can recommend local caterers if needed.

We do not allow outside music at this property as are neighbours are nearby

Please enter the correct amount of guests staying when booking , so that adequate beds, bed linen, towels are left out for all guests, the cost of the property is based on how many guests are staying and this is checked at check in to make sure it’s correct at all our properties.
Anyone found having extra guests on the grounds of the property will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
Day guests are charged at the same price as guests staying the night which is €50 a day.

The extra single beds are only put into the property when there is more than 16 guests staying.

You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property, which will be checked on arrival if need be.

We can arrange to sleep 26 guests , when booking it will only let you book for 16 guests, the extra charge per guest above 16 guests is €50 per person per night and extra beds will be arranged to be bought in, adults and children are charged the same, under 2 years of age on arrival are not charged for, but proof of age maybe checked on arrival if needed.

The entire house is yours , no one else will be sharing it with you.

The property is 3700 sqft set on 1.4 acres , with a small stream which runs through it to the side of the property, bring your wellies as you can walk from the top to the bottom of this natural stream and the kids will love jumping around in it.

There are 3 cots and 1 feeding chair in the property for you to use.

2 of the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor so no stairs is needed to access these rooms.

There is a tennis table and football table in the large cabin shed which has lighting in it , so it can be used in the evenings.

Another round seating area with a big table in the middle which can seat 10 people

If you need a caterer to come in and cook or bring your breakfast , lunch or dinner then please ask for details.

All guests are advised to take out travel insurance , incase you need to cancel your booking for unseen reasons , guests pull out and decide they don’t want to stay ,or for damages done at the property during your stay , this is optional of course and is down to the person making the booking to me and this decision.


We have an agreement with our neighbours that the outside gazebo and children’s facilities won’t be used past 10pm for noise reasons , please can you keep to this and respect our neighbours.

There is a damage deposit of €450 to be paid 1 week before arrival, this is released on departure as soon as the cleaner has checked the property on departure.

Where early check in is available we charge €50 per hour


Please note the gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the grounds of the property.
