Park
your car nearby, we have an agreement with the lovely owner of a small private car park about 50m away who allows us to use his car park for our guests.

Walk
to all Kinsale has to offer from here. Park your car up and enjoy! The iconic Spaniard pub is just a minute from us, Man Fridays restaurant too. Everything else the town has to offer is a five minute walk away. Do the Scilly Walk and visit the Bulman pub and Charles Fort along the way.

All windows are double glazed and the building is extremely well insulated, keeping you snug even in the harshest storm. In stormy weather you’ll hear the rain on the roof and you’re so close to the water you’ll feel as if you’re on a boat!

Other things to note
It’s not possible to enter the water from here. There’s public access just along the road, or the Dock beach 5 minutes away.

Cooking facilities are limited, perfect for simple breakfasts.

This is our home and our 2 cats wander freely. Sorry, it’s not suitable for any guest wishing to bring an animal.
