"Our first stay at this hotel which we chose for location. Some difficulties with self checkin, but quickly received assistance. Buffet breakfast was excellent in nice spacious dining hall. Superior twin on 33rd fl had nice views, comfortable room. Staff kept our luggage after check out while we spent time in the city. Excellent eating options in Links bldg, easy to catch cab to next destination. Would stay here again, highly recommend to travelers."

"Spotless clean property, everything looks new, nice amenities. Subway station across the street. Free bottled water in the room. Would like elevators to be faster. We stayed on 17th floor, it would take sometime to get to our floor or downstairs. Would definitely recommended this hotel."
