A spacious apartment over two floors, renovated to a good standard set within the Cairngorms National Park making it a great base for walkers.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.. This first floor apartment has been newly converted and renovated in 2019. It is huge, all the rooms are large and it has the feel of a house, not flat. With environmentally friendly central heating, large fitted kitchen and sparkling bathroom it will ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment is conveniently located in the small Highland town of Kingussie with shops, cafes and pubs nearby. It is set in the Cairngorms National Park with superb scenery and outdoor pursuit opportunities and is also close to the physical centre of Scotland so Loch Ness and the Cromarty coast and dolphins are all within easy driving distance. Shops, pubs and restaurants 200 yards.
