The staff was courteous. The room was OK. One counter had make up residue on it so it obviously had not been wiped down during cleaning. The beds were fairly comfortable but the sheets were very dry & scratchy like hospital sheets. Our room had a view of the Sphere & Ferris wheel but the glass was so dirty it wasn’t enjoyable to look out. Beware of picking anything up from the mini bar. It is pressure sensitive & we got charged for cookies because we didn’t put them down quickly enough. They reversed the charges but it was a pain to have to go get that done.

Everything was labeled

Very clean room and friendly staff. A little further away from The Strip than I thought but with a rental car you can make your way around easily. Schedule did not allow me to use any of the facilities or walk around the property but what I did see looked lovely. I think this would be a great property if you were traveling with a large group. Did not like the open shower concept - never have. I have stayed at several properties with this open shower concept and while they are beautiful, they fail to keep the heat in the shower area. This specific shower wall was so small that it was a mess after the shower - water everywhere! Despite that, I would stay here again. (And yes, the beds are hard as a rock. Just need to be worn in a little.) Also, some extra blankets and pillows would be nice.
