Located only a short walk to the foreshore, shops, cafes and pubs, this beautifully designed home offers you the opportunity to experience the Kingston lifestyle with a luxurious house feel.

The open plan living, kitchen, dining space flows seamlessly through to the enclosed entertaining balcony which you can enjoy any time of the year.

The kitchen includes Smeg appliances including a cooktop, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

There are 3 good size bedrooms, the main with its own ensuite, there is also a powder room upstairs for your convenience. There is also a second kitchenette downstairs as well as a full laundry.

Our guests will have full access to the home and outdoor space.
