Musgrave Annex is a ground floor apartment in a small apartment complex which borders an old style quiet Jamaican neighbourhood.

We are a short walk from bustling modern business complexes along with entertainment amenities such as TGIF, Cru Club and eatery, Raggamuffin Cafe, Taurus Chinese restaurant, Nirvana (Indian Restaurant), CPJ speciality supermarket, the Bob Marley Museum.

We are just off the main and close to public transportation and in walking distance of the pulse of Kingston.

Perfect spot! Will book again.

First of all donette was a perfect and attentive host. She helped me with transportation and any other questions I had about the area. She directed me to the Dubwise Cafe just down the street this was a great place to get something to eat and enjoy some incredible vibes.. Bob Marley Museum is very close walking distance and a number of other very good restaurants including a small convenience store. It was just what I was looking for!

Very Nice Accommodation

Excellent apartment. Very quite location, close to lots of restaurants, safe and clean. Donnette and her team are amazing. They really go above and beyond for their guests and I mean above and beyond. Communication is great, flexibility is second to none. I would definitely highly recommend this apartment and would encourage anyone to stay there aswell.

Great Value and Exceptional Service

Upon arrival, the VRBO app was down, and combined with international phone connection issues, the check-in process was a bit bumpier than expected. However, the professionalism of the property manager and their team made it nearly unnoticeable. The property is conveniently located and well-maintained, and I’m grateful for the respite it provided. The team is top-notch, providing excellent value for the price.

No frills apartment, but if you’re looking for something safe, clean and quiet this is it. Easy taxi pick up, parking available, coffee shop 1 min walk. Would stay again

Right in the heart of new kingston

The place is centrally located in New kingston, Jamaica. The place is near tgif fridays, the bob Marley museum, and a supermarket. Many places are within walking distance, but you will probably will want to drive as the sidewalks are small and it is hard to cross the street in a lot of places. There are a lot of bars/restaurants that are within a mile of the place. The owner provided pots, pans, and a working refrigerator and stove, and a tv . Both rooms came with a AC which were ice cold.when you needed it.
