Gated Luxury New Kingston 1 Bdrm Condo Pool & Gym

Stay at my secure private luxurious condo. It is a new fully-furnished 1 bedroom on the 4th floor with a lovely balcony and view of Kingston's harbour, New Kingston's skyline & airport in the distance. It is gated with 24 hr security, secure parking and a gym. Sleep well in our King bed in a spacious bedroom, luxurious furnishings with air-conditioning and state of the art washer/dryer combo for all your convenience. On top of that is the rooftop pool for you to enjoy especially at sunset.

The security guards (especially Donna) was very professional for my entire stay. The building is being renovated. So there's a little dust in the underground garage. The building, pool, gym and grounds are well maintained. The address is a little confusing. I will definitely stay at this Apt 26 again.

Overall we had a great time. The space was perfect for 2. Close to places we needed to get to. Everything was clean...no complaints. The only concern i have would be the shower, the tile in the shower is not conducive for safety, can get very slippery and the shower faucets need changing. Great space!!!

The place was nice just a few things can make it way better such as having supplies that lasts for the duration of the stay such as toilet paper. There was no detergent to wash. It would be nice for the place to have a blender and hair dryer. The pool was not clean and was told that they clean it every Wednesday which is a whole week at a time. Other than that it was ok
