This property is on 14 wooded acres with wooded acreage surrounding it. Very secluded with ample animal life.

This property is secluded on 14 acres. There is a cabin a block away on the property so you may see others drive by the house or on the pond from time to time.

The pond is mucky at the bottom and not suitable for swimming but is great to view the wildlife and and is stocked with lots of fish. Fishing from the edges is mucky and would require mud boots. You are also welcome to bring a row boat, kayaks or canoes and can put them in the water to the far right side but again, mud boots are required to launch.

The house was beautiful, clean and big. What drew me in was the picture of the pond and the porch swing. However the swing was not there when we got there, which was disappointing since it’s what caught my eye to begin with. The pond was overgrown with lily pads so it wasn’t quite the picturesque view I’d hoped for, although I know that’s not necessarily something that they can control . It was not suitable at all for fishing if that is what anyone else wanted to do there. The 7 bar stools pictured around the island were not present at all and there were only 5, not the pictured 6, dining room chairs- that very much affected our meal planning I had made in advance to use the island for seating. No keurig as pictured. The AC wouldn’t work when we arrived and no one responded to my message about it until we were already in bed. I ended up taking the thermostat off the wall and put it back on and that’s what got it to finally work. The master bedroom windows do not have enough curtains to cover them so sun pours in in the morning. When I booked, it said the house sleeps 7, it didn’t mention at the time the 7th guest would be sleeping in the living room on the couch, which is not a pull out. There were not extra sheets for it. There’s no window coverings in the living room either so not an ideal sleeping arrangement at all. The patio chairs were all pretty rough and falling apart. I messaged these concerns and never got a response. Overall place is beautiful, but lacks amenities.
