Very clean room, had all amenities outlined. The area was quiet and easy access to tram to Zealandia and Botanical Garden. Easy walk to waterfront and about 15 minutes to Cuba Street. I would definitely stay here again. I found the staff not very friendly.

Location is CBD. Very convenience but there is a clubhouse nearby open till 3 AM

Lovely room, gorgeous bed and linen but I think the cleaners are dropping the ball.

We enjoyed our stay overall, as the accommodation was in a great location — close to amenities, shops, and public transport, which made getting around Wellington very easy. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, making it suitable for a longer stay. However, there were a number of issues that impacted our experience. The kitchen was poorly equipped in terms of basics — there was only one tea towel provided, cleaning supplies were very limited, and we had to purchase our own dishwash liquid & rubbish bags. There was also nowhere clearly designated to put rubbish or recycling, which made managing garbage difficult during our stay. In addition, there was a very loud and unpleasant noise coming from the plumbing whenever the kitchen taps were turned on, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, there were existing damages in the apartment that we were not informed about prior to renting, which was disappointing and caused some concern. With better communication, proper stocking of basic supplies, clear instructions for rubbish disposal, and maintenance addressed, this accommodation has the potential to be much better.
