"The property itself is new and clean. Unfortunately, our experience with management overshadowed that.
On checkout morning, we woke 26 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. deadline and immediately called to inquire about booking another night. Rather than being given a chance to complete payment, Assistant Manager Rudy demanded we vacate within 10 minutes and threatened to call the police.
