Lovely stay at the pub. Cute little village and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff really nice and helpful. Only negative was a bit of a problem with flys in the restaurant.

My 2nd stay here, in the Stables first time, this time in the Cart Shed as it had single beds and the walk in shower. The staff here are excellent and make you feel very welcome, with a great attention to detail and the happiness of their visitors. The food is of a high standard both in presentation and taste, I will be back and will recommend on.

Lovely Quiet Hotel

Lovely quiet hotel, close to RAF Marham. Spacious room with comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Really good full breakfast in the morning. A bit out in the sticks, but close to RAF Marham. Staff very helpful and polite.

We received a warm and friendly welcome when we arrive and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bar had the most amazing selection of gin in fact the drinks selection was excellent and the staff were very knowledgeable. We are in the restaurant that night and the food was wonderful as was the breakfast with possibly the best poached eggs ever.

LOVELY STAY - WOULD RECOMMEND

We didn't arrive until 8.30pm but we had a warm welcome and managed to order some food which we can highly recommend. My husband was especially pleased with his Berney Burger. Our room catered for disabled so was very spacious. The only reason we give it a good instead of excellent for comfort is we couldn't cool down due to the heatwave (about 22°C at night). We were supplied with a fan which helped but it was too hot to sleep. We're just not used to it in the UK. There was free wi-fi but we weren't there very long so we didn't take advantage of this. The surroundings are picturesque as are the gardens with an interesting church worth a visit in walking distance. There was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu including choice of tea and coffee. We had a delicious freshly cooked English breakfast to set us up for the day as were visiting family at RAF Marham so a very good stay.

Nice hotel and good sized room. Food was quite nice, wasn't the biggest choice of menu and with the weather I was hoping for a nice salad, but all in all can't fault it.

Wonderful stay during half term week. Very spacious in the Old Forge with our two kids 3 and 6. Breakfast was lovely , recommend their smoked salmon and scrambled eggs

Lovely hotel

Lovely clean well maintained room but bit noisy as was above the bar, music sounded like it was in our room but did go off after 11pm. Nice breakfast and super helpful staff. Would stay here again.
