"Great location in the Kings Beach area. Very affordable compared to the competition. It is a quiet little oasis. There were a couple quirks and a couple things could be fixed, but then I fear it would be a lot more expensive. I had a great stay. Thank you."

"Great little motel! Perfect location, lake front and walking distance to the local park and shops/ restaurants. The place is very nostalgic yet clean and in great shape, hot tub was hot, and the beach access was perfect. Overall an excellent stay for the price. "
