"Spent five nights at The Bentley. My first impressions were good. The room and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Everything needed was there. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer iron and cleaning products (really appreciated as I’m a fan of clean as you go!) Didn’t actually meet any staff but that was ok as communication via phone was good. I’d happily stay at The Bentley again. "

"Good location near Main Street and pubs and restaurants. The rooftop view is a bonus and the view from breakfast is great. Breakfast selection was plentiful. It’s difficult to get a taxi in Gibraltar and the visits to the rock require a tour (which is a monopoly run by one tour group….) so you are stuck with little options "

"If you need anything like a proof of stay letter, stay somewhere else. I asked the property BEFORE BOOKING if that was something they could provide (as it was the main reason for our travel) and I was assured that it was, they said all I need to do is book the place and they could get the ball rolling. After we booked our non-refundable stay however, they informed me that there would now be an additional fee in order for them to email me the document (which is literally just a sentence confirming that we stayed there). It seemed dodgy but at this point we had no other option than to pay this extra “emailing fee” because the booking is non-refundable, but days and days go by and they won’t even send the email. I contacted them nearly every day about it, and they kept saying they just need more time to prepare it (again were just talking about a simple email that says we stayed there), and I made it clear that we had a hard deadline to get this email. That deadline came and went, and in order for us to finally get it, I had to call their call center repeatedly. We finally received the email a bit before midnight just HOURS before our wedding, so you can imagine the stress of thinking we traveled all this way to get married only to have it canceled because of the property manager. The property itself was ok, clean enough, although there was a sewage smell, & you’ll have to be careful of splinters from their hardwood floor (I caught a bad one) and the call center was helpful."

"Room was spotless. Couldn't get on the WiFi. Bathroom could do with a towel rail and the ensuite bathroom could do with a blind, even though you can't see through the window, at night you can see the outline of the person . I was very impressed with the person that rang me when I was struggling to check in, he talked me through it, was very patient . "

"Great property for our short break in Gibraltar. Couldnt be better positioned, as so close to the centre and all the shops, amenities. Very clean and fresh and dealings with host were exceptional. Will definitely return."
