About this property

Route 66 Overnight with RV Gate + Fenced Yard

  • An RV gate and off-street room beside the unit fit a trailer or larger vehicle on the property. Inside there is air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet. The backyard is fully fenced and private, and the unit has its own entrance with no shared indoor space. Keypad entry works at any hour. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The unit next door is also ours, and the two sides together sleep eight.
    -No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
    -Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
    -Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
    -Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
    -Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
    -If used, please take a minute to deflate and put away the blow up mattress or an extra fee will be charged.

The communication was exceptional. Especially since I was able to arrange a same day check in. There was only 1 minor inconvenience, there weren't shelves in the shower for soap and hair care items. Overall, a great stay.
