"The hotel stay was fine. Checking in and out were easy. However, a couple of things stood out to me about my experience and they negatively affected my stay.
First, this hotel only cleans the rooms every other day. That should be made clear. I was expecting the room to be cleaned. On my second day, I asked housekeeping as well as the front desk for the room to be cleaned. When I returned that evening, my room had still not been cleaned. On my third day, I asked a manager to ensure that my room be cleaned and voiced my frustration that it had not been cleaned in 3 days. It was finally cleaned. I stayed there 5 nights and the room was only cleaned once.
Additionally, I purchased the snack plan, and was still charged as if that were not in my reservation. However, this was quickly rectified after I called to dispute the charges.
This hotel is located in a very convenient location and breakfast is included, but my biggest gripe is that my room was not maintained."
