"Communication from start to finish with Jennifer was exemplary, as was the actual condition of the property compared to the description and photos. Anyone needing lodging at Port O'Conner should definitely pick this property. We are VRBO owners of a property in the Beaver Creek Colorado area since 2013 and understand what it takes to set your property apart from others as clean, inviting and comfortable. "This home worked well for us! We have a 25' boat, and was able to back into the circle drive with ease, plenty of room! The Neighbor was helpful, never in the way, yet offered to assist if needed. Boat electric hook-up was offered and utilized. We did buy a few trash bags as i did not see any available. Fridge clean, floors, beds, kitchen all clean. All other items were readily available. Plenty of towels, soap, AC, overhead fans, and all."

"The Maggie was just as described very comfy bed and nice kitchen area. It was warmer in the rear area than the front but I did not use the bed in the center so wasn’t affected by that. The AC in the main area and kitchen was very good. WiFi and Roku TV were great. There are nice beaches nearby and the neighborhood is very quiet. Loved opening the curtains to see the ocean right there!The host and her husband came right away and fixed the one issue I had the first day. They were so nice really good communications."
