No Restaurant Service

I like the hotel. However, when I made the reservation and when I checked in no one told me that the hotel restaurant was closed and has been closed for more than one month. This is totally unacceptable and should never happen.

Bed was comfortable, but not the greatest. Not enough towels and cleaning service came by late at night (after 8:00). USB outlets did not work. Lobby flooded when it rained. Only one elevator. Only one restaurant (expensive)

Fantastic location excellent One problem I faced which may affect the score in the future if not improved . That was a behavior of one of the female recipients as she change my studio room number with out taking my approval or comments, even she interfered in this situation and she was not the person in front of me or helping me . Mr Amjad was trining to solve the problem as he was upset toward that situation!! Pls take an action against this kind of behavior to improve your status .. regards

Was looking great but not have swimming pool and very small market near hotel check in was very fast and great location but house keeps very poor not respond fast slow and not respecting guest it’s 3 star hotel the price was expensive for that staying

Deeply rooted failure

Very poor quality on all aspect, except the building exterior Everything from checking in to checking out was just a waste of money and time Poor communication, no one picks up the phone from the room, reception, house keeping, 0 all no one answer over 10 trials of call - dirty bathroom with hair remains and stains and spots everywhere - burned out table marks and justified as ( it is permenant) but 5 star hotel shouldnt have permanently damaged in-room furniture!!! -Sink was blocked and called for plumbing -One of the ligh bulbs didnt switch off all night and there was no way to switch it off unless i take off the power Card which left me without AC .. -Towels and pillows were extremely worn down and in poor condition - lobby restaurant: from putting in the order till food came to the table 55 minutes - soaps and dental kits are the cheapest materials i have seen - this was supposed to be 5 star hotel with almlst 400USD per night.

The noise cancellation is very bad, no swimming pool!! , and only one Resturant.. during our stay ther was a problem with our room electricity, but it wasn’t solved until 16 hours passed and we slept with out AC !!!!!! Unfortunately it was a disaster

من امتع واجمل رحلاتي العائلية ،ابتداءً من الحجز وسهولة الوصول للفندق وحسن الاستقبال . نظافة الفندق وجمال التصميم والخدمة المتميزة بالاطافة لهدوء المكان منحني فرصة كبيرة للراحة والاستجمام . اثناء اقامتنا كثير كانو يسالون عن اسم الفندق من جماله وروعة تصاميه واكثر شيء جذبنا الاطلالة الساحرة على البحر الاحمر الي كانت فوق الخيال. باذن الله لي زيارة اخرى قريبة لفندق ڤيوز

They have a hospitality 2 hours every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday where they serve food, desert, tea and coffee. They have a great location and access to the sea even better than the bay la san hotel. They were doing some renovations so I didn’t enjoy the quietness and the peacefulness of the view.
