They asked why we needed more towels and then finally agreed to bring more, the provided one towel again and insisted we return the towel we had! "The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
