"Great host who was there to meet us. Nice quiet location tucked in between trees.Clean unit with plenty of space.Fresh towels left and some tea/coffee making facilities with milk.There was no oven, just a microwave and plug in hobbs to cook on so we had to improvise a little using the electric fry pan. No problem though and enjoyed the stay"

"Nice location. Just outside of the main town area. If you're a light sleeper though, the sounds of the trucks may wake you up. But that wasn't an issue for us. Spa pool available for guests for short time (6pm-9pm)."

"Kia ora! We used this whare as a research retreat to do some writing and some deep thinking. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and tidy. An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. Thank you, Emma, for looking after the crew. Highly recommend"
