Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please exit the hot tub by 10pm. This property is located next to the owners property within the same grounds.
Iron & Ironing Board will be made available on request.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

Please turn heating on the electric panel heaters down or off when you vacate the property.
