Welcome to The Penthouse, a welcoming top-floor one-bedroom condo at Mountain Green Resort with elevator access and a private deck. The home features a queen bedroom, pull-out sofa, fully stocked kitchen, and one bathroom. Enjoy resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, gym, ski lockers, restaurant, ski shop, and winter shuttle to Killington Resort. In summer, you’re next door to the Killington Golf Course, Bike Park, and nearby hiking trails.
Fitness Center: Open 24/7 (RFID card access required)
Spa: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Outdoor Pool: Open from Memorial Day through the weekend of the Spartan race.
Buildings 1–2 will soon be undergoing window repairs. Building 3 is not affected at this time. Work typically takes place from 7am–5pm through November, and there may be some construction noise and limited parking. The pool and gym are not impacted. Please note that construction schedules vary by unit—see below for the specific dates related to this unit: September 21st-November 20th.
Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
