Welcome to Highridge B8A Hotel Suite, a comfortable hotel-style retreat located at the base of Killington Resort on East Mountain Road. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, this cozy suite offers the convenience of resort amenities with the flexibility of a private guest room, making it an ideal home base for every season.

The spacious sleeping area features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, providing comfortable accommodations for up to three guests. A television and cozy furnishings create a relaxing place to unwind after a day on the mountain.
The private ensuite bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub with a shower combination, offering the perfect place to relax after skiing, hiking, or exploring Killington.

*Please note that this hotel-style suite does not include a kitchen or living room. It can be rented on its own or together with the adjoining one-bedroom condo to create a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation for larger groups.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, golf, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
