The House:
This energy-efficient, modern home comfortably sleeps 16 guests across two fully-equipped duplex units. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families traveling together. With seven bedrooms and four bathrooms in total, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy high-end appliances, quartz and granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, plenty of light, and a cozy gas fireplace. For relaxation after a day on the slopes, soak in the 7-person hot tub or take in the mountain views from the two decks and balcony.

We convened at the house for a NYE ski trip with a group that included kids from 7-12 and 7 adults. The house accommodated the group well, especially having two kitchens. But the listing is really differentiated by Alex, the host, who is informative, responsive, and very gracious without being overbearing. Thanks for everything Alex!
We had a wonderful stay at Alexander’s house over Christmas. It was perfect for our group of 9, the 2 floors each fully equipped with kitchen and bathrooms was ideal for 2 families. The decor was very festive and cozy. Alex was always there to answer questions and always willing to go above and beyond. We hope to come back next year!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and put together. Plenty a room for my friends and family. The karaoke machine was a hit. It was awesome having two kitchens. For some reason I thought there was a pool table and game room but there isn’t just for a heads up! Super easy to check in and extremely easy to check out. The owners were very easy to get a hold of an answered within minutes. Extremely happy with my stay!!!
This is the second year my friends and I have stayed at Alex’s place. We have only great things to say. The house is perfect for a group with a large open living space upstairs. Having two kitchens was great when cooking for a bigger group. The house is a short 5 min drive to the mountain. Alex is quick to respond as well, although we didn’t need much since the house is set up so well. We will definitely be back next year!

Overall had a very great experience at the property. The listing was accurate and the place was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The owner was also very responsive and gave us tips about skiing conditions at Killington and let us know how the snow plow process would work for the property since there was a chance of large snow accumulation.

Alex’s house was a great place for a group of 8-14 people to gather and relax after a day of skiing. The house’s living room(s) were spacious and comfortable.
Alex himself was extremely helpful the whole way- he texted back details and answers to my questions almost the minute I sent them. Moreover, one of our group members left their glasses at his house- Alex was kind enough to go through the house and find them himself.

We were three families (quarantine families) and this house was perfect. Kids and adults had their own space to hang after skiing. The house is super clean, well kept and well stocked. Alex happened to meet us at the house on arrival and was very friendly and explained how to use the hot tub. Great house. Great owner.
Great overall experience communicating with Alex as he responds immediately, is very friendly and is eager to answer any questions and be helpful. Great location on the Killington access road so close to everything you need. If you like new/modern homes, this is a perfect choice as everything is new throughout the house. We had nine guests and it worked out perfectly to have the adults on the first level and the children all up on the second level. Given that we were eating in for breakfast and dinner each night, having two kitchens for this size group was so convenient. We were also able to spread out with family rooms on both levels too. I would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Perfect House, Great Host!
The house was amazing, very easy to find, and close to the slopes, bars and all. Very spacious and enjoyable, especially with having 7 bedrooms and 2 living rooms! Most importantly, Alex was a pleasure to deal with, very upfront, honest, and putting his guests first. He went far and above out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend and stay there again!
