April 1 to Dec. 15: Friday or Saturday bookings require a minimum charge rental rate of $900.00 + cleaning, VRBO booking fees and VT room tax extra.
The following Holiday Weekends require a Fri. to Mon. rental: MLK Weekend, Presidents Weekend. Thanksgiving requires a Wed to Sun rental (4 nights).
