Welcome to Highridge J11, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo that comfortably sleeps six. Located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, this inviting retreat is just moments from the base lodges, making it perfect for your mountain adventures.

The main level features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal prep a breeze. Gather around the dining room table, which comfortably seats six, for family meals or game nights. A convenient half bathroom with a washer and dryer is also located on this level, along with a full bathroom for added convenience.

The king bedroom on the main level offers a restful space for relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find a charming queen bedroom, accompanied by a full bathroom and a sauna, providing a perfect retreat after a day of outdoor activities.

Highridge Condominiums offers a wealth of amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tub, an indoor pool, and private saunas, all designed with your comfort in mind. Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

Things to keep in Mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.

We had a great Presidents’ Day weekend stay in Killington with another couple. The condo was very comfortable and felt like home. The beds were super comfortable, and the place was well stocked with everything we needed.We especially loved the fireplace and the endless supply of firewood—it made for such cozy evenings after long days on the mountain.The weekend shuttle to Killington Resort was a huge plus and made getting to the base quick and easy during the busy holiday weekend.We’d definitely stay here again!

Great family home base for skiing at Killington

We stayed here for a long weekend in January 2022. The location of the condo is unbeatable and is only a short drive to the base of Killington. Late night check in worked great. We liked the fact that we had our own private entrance to the condo. We fully utilized the two bedrooms for the four of us (two adults/two children). The kitchen is cozy, and we found that only one person could be in there at a time to prepare food. We were very impressed with the service provided by Killington Rental Associates. They were extremely responsive and were only a phone call away. We very much appreciated the fact that they proactively stopped by the condo to check on us before a huge snowstorm to ensure that everything was running properly. We look forward to working with Killington Rental Associates again in the future!

Lovely condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although a little dated, the condo was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
