The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a Roku TV for your entertainment needs. In the second bedroom, you`ll find a comfortable queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for families or small groups.

This rental includes access to the amenities at the Spa at the Woods. Their hours vary. The amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and clay tennis courts. They provide towels and have a locker room.
- We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
- We have an exterior security camera facing the driveway.
