"The property is under major construction which was not disclosed when booking. The management fee was almost as much as the room rate, clearer description at time of booking would be appreciated."

"The staff were friendly and the cooked to order breakfast is excellent. The hotel is older but well maintained and in good repair. The room was very clean. I had a great nights sleep!"
"Jeffrey was very quick to respond. Loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna that we used every night. These were the highlights of our stay at this location. This is a patio unit. Lots of construction going on, right outside of the apartment with heavy equipment. This lasted until 5:30/6p M-F. Lots of dirt and dust. They used a machine to grate the road at 7:30am. Maybe not the best plan when there were vacationers. This unit does not have A/C, if we had been told this in advance we would not have booked. There were 2 fans and a large floor model A/C unit but that didn't have a hose to pipe out the hot air from the apartment leaving one room fairly cool and the other hot when you walked into it. Not a fan of having to move a heavy, wheeled machine from room-to-room to keep cool. I would recommend disclosing this in the listing so people are alerted and at least have a choice. Heat outside was 80-98 degrees during the day, this was a bottom floor apartment so it created a hotbox. All of the other shops and the restaurant were closed at this resort. Even though off-ski season this was not a good representation of a vacation resort. We traveled from North Carolina for a 'Vermont' vacation. The accomodations are typically 75% of a vacationers experience. I rated a 4 due to ease of access to other places in the state and the pool/jacuzzi/sauna."
"The boutique was lovely. It was clean and had a lot to offer if you were staying a few days. We were not.
The management was friendly and there were snacks and drinks available all day.
My only challenge was the size of the rooms. Boutique, in this case meant small.
Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel for families for lots of things to do."
"The hotel was very nice, quaint and clean. It is in a great location just prior to the entry of the access road. Large room. Small hotel with only about 20 rooms. Breakfast included. I would recommend a stay."

10/10 Excellent
"This condo is in a great location and offers plenty of space with 2 full bathrooms. It is ground floor with no steps to get in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. We came in summer and the unit does have two AC units in it. The description and photos are accurate, and it was a very pleasant stay."
