"Really gorgeous cottage, lovely to have a wee outdoor space and perfectly adequate kitchen for cooking in. Extra touches like the lovely shampoo/conditioner in the shower were a plus and things like washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs were all there included as standard. Location is great, coop is a short walk away and great for exploring Killin. Will be back!"

"It is a wonderful, small hotel! Clean, comfortable, updated rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is included, providing lots of choices, and it is very, very good. It is on the main road, so easy to get to by bus or car and has parking if you need it. June, the owner, is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Plus she has an awesome sense of humour! I enjoyed my stay very much and I would highly recommend it!"

"Moness was a an overnighter which looked cheap and cheerful.
I booked 2 twin rooms. Both were immaculate, well equipped and stocked with toiletries.
We had dinner in the dining room. Really good food and not extortionate for a hotel. Breakfast was again very good.
We didn’t get a chance to use the pool sadly as we had other commitments but very pleased with the stay. Would recommend"
"Wonderful stay during our hike on the West Highland Way. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and we had a fabulous meal at the restaurant and a lovely breakfast."
"To whom it may concern
My room was in third floor with no lift as it wasn't working with my arthritis and waiting on knee replacement is not good no hot tub in use was also sauna also switched off dirty towel left on bathroom from the previous guest 😡😞 my meal meal was slammed down 2 me as if staff couldn't be bothered. Very disappointed stay"
"Beautiful grounds and location !!!
The hotel inside needs updating screams for a makeover , it’s smelly : like damp / mould the carpets are old and dirty but the decor is nice and has the potential to be massively improved , the outside is not reflected inside like they are 2 different properties . Staff all nice and friendly , pool could do with some loungers as there are only 4 to be shared by all families how ? Also the amount of chemicals used in the pool area made our eyes sting and was unpleasant , the pool temperature was perfect . The family room was basic again needs decorating and new carpets , if you have a pool automatically robes should be available in rooms . Breakfast was nice very tasty cooked bfast my husband enjoyed the black pudding said it was the best ! The only thing could be improved is that staff should replenish the bread , pastries etc as quick run out and staff didn’t check"
"Our room was lovely, modern and clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking at the property. Beautiful 4 star house/hotel.
There was an event taking place when we arrived and there was no space in the restaurant for us for dinner, however the hotel staff were able to recommend their sister pub in the village, which was a very friendly traditional pub and we ate there.
We can strongly recommend the full Scottish breakfast at The Abbotsford which was delicious."
