Ok hotel for a low cost hotel. Served our needs while traveling through. Room could have been cleaner. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor. The shampoo and conditioner were gone. Breakfast was as good as one can expect for a free breakfast. They had eggs and sausage and biscuits and grave. Not top quality but good enough. I love the coffee machine. Fresh coffee whenever you want some.

The bathroom had zero working outlets (4).The blow dryer had the green board aspect of the plug showing. The WiFi connection wouldn’t work well at all in my room. The work out room was closed. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is located on I-35 in an area of several hotels. As a more discount hotel it is a great value for short stays. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was better-than-average and enjoyable. The building and furniture shows some wear but it appears updating and remodeling is underway.

The woman at the front desk clearly hates her life. Zero greeting or anything positive to say. Our room was sweltering when we got in it. The bathroom room was filthy. There were little curly hairs everywhere. I had to wipe the bathroom down with a washcloth and the little bar of soap. We also found a French fry and a used qtip in the pull out bed. Would never go back.

The staff was friendly, but that is the only positive aspect of this hotel. Upon checking in, there was an unpleasant smell that persisted throughout the property. When we entered our room, it was evident that it had previously been broken into. The room felt muggy, and the carpet was wet. It took hours for the air conditioning to cool down the space. Additionally, the bathtub was filthy. I will not stay here again.

The staff was nice and the front lobby clean, but when I got to the floor my room was on, it was very hot in the hallway. There were tarps on the floor and extension cords running down the hallway. My room was clean, but light bulbs in two of the lamps were out, the tape and bed joints in the ceiling were coming apart, and the shower head was crusty.

The service clerk was not friendly, or cordial. We get to the room and the power strip is unplugged, so the refrigerator was thawed out and hot with a puddle of water inside. The television had no signal. Very different experience compared to the last time i was here. Very disappointed after a very long trio to get here.
