Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Our TV would not come on so I called the front desk and within a couple of minutes someone knocked on our door and came in and got it working. The beds were comfortable with ample pillows. The breakfast was very good too. All out good stay.

I would have liked a better quality of breakfast items. Real butter and eggs. The pool is often unavailable. Its a lot of money to pay to not have access tothe perks. San Antonio costs less in comparison for the same type of stay, yet getti g less for the price.

They had plumbing issues with no housekeeping staff. The hostess scolded me and acted like it was my fault and I had to take care of it myself. That was right after we had just arrived and she had scolded me for booking through Expedia

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I accidentally booked a handicapped room, so the shower was just a curtain that was a bit leaky into the bathroom. Not a major issue.. Coffee maker worked well. Good value for the price.

The hotel smelled funny, not like a regular chain. Its owned by forgein individuals. The air conditioner compressor howled all nite when it was on.

This location is the reason I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn ever again. Do not stay here. The staff is absolutely rude and try to charge for everything. The place is also nasty. The floors were dirty and sticky. The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the sink and in the bath tub. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet seat. Not to mention the beds being uncomfortable. Also, they refused to let us stay in the room we booked because we had kids with us. Refused to give us a refund and then tried to charge extra for my infant.
