Perfect fully stocked OBX family vacation home in a private cul-de-sac located at Kill Devil Hills 6th milepost within walking distance to the beach.

House has everything you need! Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags

Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including:
- 12-cup Coffee Maker
- Single-cup Keurig
- Pots/Pans
- Baking sheets
- Utensils
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Air Fryer
- Food Storage Containers

This super cute house is conveniently located close to anything and everything! The beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants are all minutes away! The porch is the perfect place to sit and relax and the hot tub was wonderful! We loved this house!

Absolutely loved this property!

We loved our stay here. Not only was it conveniently located it literally had so many things stocked for their guest I’ve not had at other places. It was dog friendly and I was in awe they even equipped the rental with items for our pup! If you’re looking for a cute, quiet, clean place…look no further! Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to stay!

Great property

Very clean and well stocked from kitchen to bathroom. Didn’t use the hot tub much. It felt like it needed more water possibly and to be a bit hotter. The area around the house was the perfectLocation. Little over an hour drive to hatteras but so close to everything else. Manteo was fabulous also.

Beautiful home

The location was wonderful. Easy access to everything. Communication was terrific.Had a small incident with dogs and damage to blinds and the propertyamagement were wonderful to deal with.

Hot tub was a plus

Just visited this past week and the weather was not the best but being able to chill out in the hot tub made up for it. Also very dog friendly. Centrally located near restaurants and other activities. Bryan the host was very helpful in answering any questions.

Rent This Adorable Beach House

We booked this house last minute and we are so glad we did. It was the perfect size for a family of four and our two Labrador Retrievers. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. It was also nicely furnished. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Amazing Host!!!

As soon as we opened the door it smelled clean! The house was perfect for us. It was well stocked and communication with host was fast and helpful. They thought of everything with this home and we highly recommend staying here!!!

Great Vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Basically walk out the door and a short walk to one end of the road is the bay and the other end is the public access to the beach! Appreciated having the beach chairs and bikes available for use. House is clean and as described - very comfortable hanging out inside on rainy days. The owners were really easy to communicate with and very friendly. The neighborhood was nice and liked that there was a traffic light at the intersection with the highway (made life easier when needing to drive anywhere).

Pet-friendly stay near the beach

The location was really good for us. I was able to do my runs along the sound side path and we could walk to Target or the beach if we wanted. It's easy to drive to places going north or south. Very close to Wrights Bros Memorial and Jockey's Ridge. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was very nice having everything provided (including linens) when so many other places charge extra for that. We loved bringing our pup along and we did get to enjoy the hot tub. It was a good size for 4 adults and 2 small kids. Games to choose from and tvs in every room were nice pluses.
