Great place, clean and the location was amazing. Couches for late night TV surfing we a little uncomfortable but other then that the place was great and again you can’t beat the location. Everything was as advertised on the listing. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Property!

We stayed at this property for the weekend and it was perfect. The other tenants in the building were friendly, the pool while small, is refreshing. The unit itself is beautiful, the showers have terrific water pressure and the fridge has an ice maker which is a must have in the heat!. This property has it all. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfectly located close to restaurants and shopping areas. The condo was tastly decorated just as presented in its advertisement. The condo was very clean, with ocean front views from the back deck and the Wrights Brothers monument view from the front porch. The unit was easy to get to with few steps to get to the unit. We all loved it and will definitely come back again!

Father Daughter getaway.

The House was awesome the pictures didnt lie. It was Immaculate and everything was neat and orderly. Dave and Cathy were awesome hosts they are a Blessing. A wonderful condo

Great location! Condo decorated very nicely with calming natural colors. Nice layout of condo. Excellent communication with owners. We needed restaurant recommendations and Cindy gave us all their favorites-we went to all of them and had wonderful meals! Loved waking up to the gorgeous sunrises right out the window. Thank you for sharing your soul replenishing home right by the ocean!

The layout of unit was perfect for two couples. Bedrooms were situated at opposite ends so we each had private space with our own bathrooms. The view was incredible: the Wright Brothers Memorial was out front and the ocean and dunes were in the back. We often sat on the deck watching and listening to the waves crash on the beach. The unit was immaculate and stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. We would DEFINITELY come back to this property the next time we visit the OBX.

Great Anniversary Stay

This property was great for our anniversary stay. We were on the ocean and loved the location of this property. I also liked that you could hear the waves even with doors and windows closed. The deck was not clean but I really think that was likely caused by blowing sand and is the only reason my cleanliness score was not a 5. The inside of the property was very clean and welcoming. It really felt like we were coming home each day after sight seeing. I would absolutely stay again but would probably try the upper floor in hopes of seeing the water and the beach. The water was visable from our condo and the use of a mirror to also see the ocean even if your back was to it was a great design idea.

Beautiful property, just a few challenges!

This property was beautiful and perfectly situated on the beach. It was a great getaway spot for a winter break. I was able to watch the sunrise in the mornings.There were a couple of things that happened which caused a bit of stress after a long week and year of very hard working. When we arrived the key code didn’t work and it was freezing outside. It took about 15 mins to get into the house with cutting winds at our back. Additionally, on the floor of the front bathroom a dead roach lie, which we picked up and tossed out. That night, when it was time for a relaxing shower and bedtime routine, the water stopped working, coming down a drizzle and finally a few drops. The property managers had winterized the unit and the water no longer flowed. I also didn’t realize that we had to bring almost everything we needed including bed sheets, toilet tissue, detergent, towels for our stay and more in addition to our food to cook(which is standard). The listing does say that in all of the text but that would be a reason I’d find other properties next time for this reason. It’s inconvenient for me to want to get away from all the chaos if life and need to pack my entire home to enjoy this get away.Through all of the challenges the owners were responsive and very timely. However with all of the challenges, I wasn’t given any offer to receive credits or partial refunds. I would likely choose another property for the next stay as the cost was pretty expensive for the challenges.
