Oooh LaLa! A rare find - small and very close to the ocean. This adorable little cottage has been updated beautifully; modern flooring throughout, fresh decor and furnishings, a remodeled bathroom, and remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Great location for a small family or a few friends. Just steps from private (shared with several neighbors) beach access. Private outside shower. The central location in Southern Kill Devil Hills is a short walk from many restaurants, bars and shops and a short drive to local attractions like the Wright Brothers Monument, Jockey's Ridge State Park, the Nags Head Fishing Pier, the Avalon Fishing Pier, and more.

Great OBX experience!

We loved this cottage! The house was spotless, in a great location, and dog friendly. The neighbors were nice and the private beach was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Super cute, very clean, charming!

We loved this cottage, neighbors were friendly, location was perfect! Had everything we needed. Plus, it was dog friendly for our lab to join us. We already booked for next year!

The Description is exactly it you’re right next to the beach and the little house is just perfect

The house was really clean the location is fantastic you can walk to the beach walk to eat once you get there you don’t even need a vehicle I would recommend this place to anybody
