Spent the first week in August at this lovely home. It had so many amenities. It was close to the beach and beach access. Outdoor shower and hot tub. The keyless entry was very convenient. Any questions I had were done through text and promptly responded to. It was a lovely place for our family to visit. We made many memories here.

Started off a little rocky the house was great my wife spent Sunday cleaning the kitchen counter tops were sticky ! Floor was sticky so I went and bought cleaning products and she went to work on her vacation but after that was behind us we had a fantastic time! 1 other thing I didn’t tell my wife is under the cushions of the couch was a lot of pretzels and popcorn crumbs from god knows how long ago

La Carolina Del Mar, Perfect home to leave some footprints in the sand
It must have been a stroke of luck for this gem, La Carolina Del Mar, to be available. I needed a vacay after a move. It was just the place to relax. Eric and Julia are great hosts. Their home is beautiful, inside and out.
I found all the outside seating gave me great choices to enjoy whether reading, eating or just relaxing. The hot tub became a special gathering place for all of the family. It was a special surprise that the outdoor shower had both hot and cold water.
There are flat screens TVs on both levels for group viewing, as well as, in we every bedroom. That is a feature that will be hard to beat anywhere. My grandchildren certainly enjoyed them and there were less fights about what to watch.
Extra refrigerator came in very handy for beverages. Made it especially easy to stock the cooler before heading to the beach. I regret that we did not have a chance to set up the cornhole. Hopefully, next time.
