2 Bedroom with 3rd convertible bedroom/living room 2/1/2 Bath Soundside Home with private pier. Wifi, Smart TV's, Central Air, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Stackable Washer Dryer. All linens and towels provided.Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Gas Grill. 1.3 miles- 4 minute drive, 6 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to beach at 3rd St beach access. 4 Blocks from Public Boat Access. Minutes away from Beach, Movie Theatre, Putt-Putt, Grocery Store and Restaurants.
