As a semi-oceanfront property, this six-bedroom home boasts ocean views from the top-level floor, a ground-level game room, and a private pool and hot tub inside a fenced-in yard.

Perfect for both long and short stays, Flip Flop is also great for quick getaways, OBX fishing trips, and week-long vacations. Enjoy easy beach access, walk to the Avalon Fishing Pier, grab dinner at Awful Arthur's seafood establishment, and watch the ocean from the top-level deck while vacationing here!

With so much to do and see on the Outer Banks, Flip Flop is a fantastic Outer Banks rental that allows for both comfort and convenience.

Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

This property has 5 parking spots for guests.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
