Beautiful, Olympic size pool, elevators, laundry facilities, access to area workout facility nearby, outside grill, swings, beautiful ocean view from the deck, easy access to the beach, very close to Wright Brother's memorial, excellent eateries and shopping centers nearby, well-equipped kitchen, very well-maintained, upgraded as needed, plenty of parking .
