The house itself was not terrible, but could be better. There was only one glass the silverware leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest complaint was the host, Village Realty. When I got there I attempted to do laundry and discovered the dryer was broken. I called multiple times and left several voicemails, I also messaged through their portal and sent emails. No one answered the phone or responded to messages. The next day I tried calling again, someone answered the phone and assured me the dryer would be repaired and a manager would call me. The repair didn't happen and no call from a manager. Each day I would call multiple times, leave VM's and send messages but no response. I finally googled a different office number and got a person who tried to help but no repairs. Fast forward to the last day of my stay. After calling and emailing multiple times a day the entire week they sent someone to fix the dryer late in the afternoon of our last day, after having to go to a laundromat to dry clothes. The guy told me they were just given a ticket. I did receive an email saying I would be given a refund for the days I didn't have the amenity. So far that refund has not appeared.
