Beautiful and spacious condo, lots of room for bigger groups. Right across the street from beach, very short walk. Fully-stocked kitchen to cook meals. I would recommend an extra set of dishes, but otherwise, great place for vaca!

My family loved the space and the outdoor balcony. The view is over a somewhat busy road. Beach access was easy. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family. Was centrally located for all the activities on OBX. Would recommend.

We have stayed at many VRBO locations, and never had a bad experience. However, not all of them felt as inviting. This condo is great! We were very comfortable and loved the deck! (Side note: bring bath soap and salt and pepper.)

Loved the property. Plenty of room to maneuver my walker and wheelchair. While a lot of the attractions are closed for the season, there was still plenty of things to do. Lots of time on the beach as well.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable!

We very much enjoyed our get-away to Victoria’s Place. Our immediate reaction to arriving was how clean and spacious our accommodations were. We loved the deck, proximity to the beach, ease in getting to and from the beach and local stops. The elevator was a pleasant surprise as well. Will absolutely book here again. Thank you for an easy and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Home

This property was gorgeous. It may be the nicest place we have ever vacationed in terms of space and comfortability. Everything was clean and spacious, check-in was easy, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great to get to the beach. The road between the rental and beach was a bit noisy to sit out on the beautiful deck, but outside of that, location was central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and mini golf. We had an incredible vacation. Thank you!

Balcony view was not scenic of ocean or dunes... just parking lots and streets. Parking was good, safe, and plentiful. Property needed some maintenance: one toilet did not work; steam shower did not turn on; screen door in MBR was broken; entry level door way had an elevated riser to get in door (difficult for mobility challenged guests); and bath tub in twin bedroom was extremely slick & slippery. Property needs a luggage cart.

The online listing did not do it justice!

Everything was first class. It's hard I know for the photos to capture how luxurious and spacious the unit is. You really need to emphasize the waterview from the front deck. We found the elevated view to be very nice.

Perfect OBX Location

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space for all of us and more people. We ate our meals on the patio looking at the ocean. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants near by. We rarely do pizza but tries Dare Devil because it was right up the street and it was really good. Kitchen was set up to make any meal you could want. We highly recommend this property and will be back.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was perfectly located in close proximity to the rest of our family. It was very clean. The owners were very responsive and attentive. Easy and nice walk to the beach! We think it could use a little TLC and updating. Some lightbulbs were out. In the king bedroom some of the outlets did not work.

Great location! Couple minutes to the beach and a couple minutes from everything else!

This penthouse is stocked with everything you need and is centrally located so you are minutes from many many restaurants and shops. It is also less than a five minute walk to the beach! Beds are comfortable and were made upon arrival and everything was sparkling clean! The steam room and jacuzzi were a nice perk as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck, which does have a narrow view of the ocean which was nice, but what it does have is a partially covered area and an uncovered area for those of us that like the sun with tables and chairs on each side with a hammock at one end…we played games and ate meals out on it every chance we had. Tori and Rex were both very kind and were extremely accommodating! We can’t wait to come back!!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and roomy each room had a bathroom which is great view and deck were great -had a issue with refrigerator ice maker owner responded right away and had it fixed in 15 minutes-only negative for us the beds are very firm overalll we would definitely recommend the condo 🌻🌻🌻
