"The staff where very polite and the food in the bar was excellent.... There was also plenty of parking, which has been an issue in the 15 years i have been visiting Ballina and staying elsewhere. There are plenty of aminities but unfortunatly i did not use any of them..."

"Finding a room for a family of 5 is hard enough but I had high hopes for Diamond Coast. I was highly mistaken once we arrived. We arrived about a hour before check in and I asked the receptionist if our room was ready. She was very rude but gave us a room that was ready. I shouldn’t have taken it. ..."

"We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome.
