"The shuttle was ready and waiting when I arrived at the airport. Initially, I was given an adjoining room, which did not have a lock on the adjoining door. As a solo traveler, I requested to switch rooms. Shanice was wonderful and switched it for me. The gym was clean with a nice, cable machine and new dumbbells going up to 65lbs. The rooftop offered a great view. The hot tub was nice and at a good comfortable temp. Walking distance to everything in downtown, train station, and a nice walk to City Beach. Was a great stay. "

"Check in was awful. We were exhausted from driving up to volunteer and despite my husband going to check us in and mentioning the dog, and booking with dog, we still had to put everything down and go through process that should have been thought of, had the person been paying any attention to us at all. He did offer that we could go get settled in and come back but we were too exhausted. It was quiet and the location was good for walking. It was clean except in front of elevators where my dg definitely wanted to (but did not) pee where clearly and visibly many others had. "
