Located a half-block off South Kihei Road, in a quiet and low-density complex with a sparkling pool, this vacation condo has everything you need for your cost-efficient Maui adventure. It’s centrally located in South Kihei’s beach community, a close walk to coffee, a dozen restaurants, shopping, and night life.  

Snorkel and swim with the protection of warm-water Kamaole I Beach, which adjoins local favorite Charlie Young. Follow the beach for miles along the south shore’s picturesque beach path. Rent standup paddleboards, kayaks, and surfboards a block away – take a surf lesion at South Kihei’s best surf break, The Cove, located two blocks from the unit.  

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Everything was great except !
We were quite happy with our stay except for how the laundry facility was set up. The laundry is not coin operated but attached to an app.. That's great except after one free load you are asked to fund your account which costs $25 ! So as we needed 2 loads we ended up paying $25 for 2 loads of laundry !!! I could have gone to the dry cleaner's for that ! Something needs to be changed here.

We really enjoyed our stay, but we booked it knowing that our teens would alternate one on the pullout sofa and one on the sofa cusions on the floor. They absolutely didnt mind and the savings in staying in a smaller place enabled us to do more activities we wanted to do. The condo unit itself was clean and well appointed, and the lanai and pool area were great to have access to. There was a BBQ area as well but we didnt use it. We would absolutely stay here again! Magalo!

Great apartment close to the beach
We loved to stay in this apartment. It is close to the beach (including the cove, a popular surf beach) and had everything we needed. We loved to cook our own dinners, eat outside and watch the sunset.

All the necessities
It was a great place to stay with all the necessities. It’s an older property but the condo has been updated. It’s comfortable and well stocked. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room when we vacation so it was a great fit for us. Had a nice bed, hot shower, well stocked kitchen and all the beach stuff 😃. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. The parking stall is also narrow and against a wall so that was tricky getting in and out.

This property was beautiful. It was a perfect location. We could see most of the sunset from our balcony and with only a 2 minute walk to the beach it was a almost to easy to access.

It’s a nice place but some things could be better. We noticed the bathroom vent was dusty among some of other items in the bathroom. It’s an older condo with some updates. Be forewarned, it’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. So pack lightly. The parking space is small. So if you rent a car larger than a Jeep Grand Cherokee, it will not fit. But it was cozy and close to many local amenities as described.

Clean, everything worked well. Just a few small things to note - communication with property manager was very prompt but the information provided wasn't always accurate. For example, they advised there was no bodyboard so we organized to rent one, but we got there and there was one in the apartment. There was also a surfboard under the bed and golf clubs in the closet. I'm unsure why the company doesn't advertise these awesome things! It would be nice to provide other small things like pen and a notepad for example. The A/C worked very well but noisy so we turned it off at night. The bedroom fan was enough cooling for the time of year we were there. The location was excellent, short walk from Charley Young beach / Kam 1 beach and nice and quiet in the complex at night. The laundry is operated with an app not coins, your first use is free on the app. Overall a great choice for a trip to Maui!

Enjoyed the location, on site laundry, nice kitchen, short distance from the beach, and restaurants. It's not super fancy but equipped with what you need, includes beach chairs, umbrella.

The property & unit are NOT accessible or accommodating for those with mobility issues. The property is very old (50+years) so no elevator, curb cuts, disability parking, etc. No recycling option. The unit does not have laundry facilities; it is in a separate building & coin operated. Kitchen is well appointed & appliances modern. Good place for a single or couple but could be cramped for 3 or 4.

Great location, walking distance to everything
I picked this place based on location. It was a nice place, small but it was just my son and I, but def had everything we needed, the stairs and umbrella and cooler we used everyday. We had a lovely stay and spent most of our time on the lanai when we were in the room.

As advertised and excellent location
Couldn't have had a better stay. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Location was perfect right in the center of Kihei and only 1 block in / 2 minute walk from Charlie Young Beach or a slightly longer stroll to Kamala Beach Park. Lots of places to eat within a short walking distance. Great communication after making the reservation to make final payment and get teh key code and no problem with the check-in process. We had a small issue with the door lock on the day of checkout but called the number provided for the property management company and was connected to a live person right away and had it sorted out and fixed in just a few minutes. I would absolutely stay here again

Great location for surfing and so clean
This unit was so well appointed and beautiful view of the pool and gardens. Great air con for those hot Kihei days and absolutely everything in the unit was in excellent condition. Actually - I don’t know about the TV! We never turned it on once in a week because there was so much to do and just relaxing on the lanai at night was the best ! Will book this unit again for sure!

My family has stayed at this condo in the past but this unit, in particular, was comfy and cozy. We loved having a view of the pool and trees just outside the balcony. We ate meals on the balcony quite a bit since the weather was so great. We appreciated having beach gear and towels to take with us. My kids wanted boogie boards but they ended up preferring to surf. A couple of issues we had was the fridge leaked from the inside creating small puddles on the top shelf, so we didn't store very much on the top shelf of the fridge. Also, we appreciated having a cooler but didn't have a blue ice pack to reuse except for a small one in the freezer which just wasn't worth using. So we went without. We would have preferred the kind to reuse. Otherwise, I highly recommend this unit for a family of four. It was perfect!! Thank you to the owner and the property management.
