Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Although I prepaid for my reservation, the reception staff called their manager and he told me that I couldn’t stay the hotel without additional payment. Since it was already 20:30, I had no choice to find another hotel. I presented my payment approval, but he insisted the need of double payment. According to the manager’s advice, I paid and contacted customer suppprt. When the customer support person called the hotel reception, the voice message was repeated.
