"Leider hatten wir eine Kakerlake in unserem Zimmer, Beim Waschbecken gabe es kein heißes Wasser, nur ein Rinnsal lauwarmes Wasser. Die Dusch Temperatur schwangte permanent. Beim Yakusi gab es keine Erklärung und er war nur lauwarm. Daher würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!"

"My husband and myself had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Eleni(Guest Relations Manager)and the team for organising a surprise birthday celebration for my husband. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion unforgettable. The food was also lovely, with great quality and excellent service.The cook is always there to listen to your views. You can also book a day trip/ excursion at the hotel with Tuxedo blue. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."

"Every thing was ok except for the bathroom structure. Water spilling into the area outside of bathroom and water taking some time to get warm."

"Overall the stay was enjoyable but there were a few things that could be better... 1. We reported the cupboard door to our fridge being broken. They came to repair it but it fell off again the next day. 2. There isn't really anywhere quiet to sit in an evening except your bedroom. The music is blaring inside and out, making it difficult to relax. It is so loud that the staff cannot her that people are blasting music by the pool after 11pm, making it difficult to sleep if you're on that side of the building. All in all, this isn't a resort if you're looking for a quiet gettaway! 3. The food was mediocre at times. Very little local food and I didn't come to Greece to eat curry and cold chips. The Greek restaurant was good, though you could only visit once during your stay. 4. The evening entertainment was pretty good - though the sound system left something to be desired and the performance area is poorly laid out, meaning people just get up and dance where the people are performing. It would be helpful to have a separate dancing area for people who don't just want to sit and watch the actual performers, rather than drunk people dancing inappropriately! 5. The spa is a separate company and is pretty expensive, with a facial costing 80 euros! All that said, the staff were generally quite helpful and friendly and the tours out to local towns were really convenient. The hotel is clean and conveniently located for the airport and old town."

"Very clean and well maintained resort. The staff was very accomodating and friendly in both reception and pool bar. The resort has a beautiful private beach just meters away from the accomodation and our suit on the first floor had a breathtaking view over the sea. "

"The pool and hotel itself is stunning, the food is good quality and loved that there was plenty of sunbeds and the beach was lovely too. The hotel staff were also really friendly and attentive. I do however felt like it wasn’t quite 5* as it lacked that feel, for example the QR code service was a great touch but took ages to come and the bar itself could have had a few more people on there serving drinks. The hotel is quite hard if you have allergies as it was hard to know exactly what the food contained as almost everything had a label to say traces of nuts and seeds etc so this made it hard to eat. But I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back again. "

"Super kind hosts, hotel is located close to the airport and max 10 min away from beach. Shops, coffees, restaurants, pharmacy are walking distance. Hotel management does everything for guests' comfort and perfect holiday experience."

"We had a very short stay here as a quick stopover on our way to Lindos due to a late arriving flight. We were treated really well and the service is very friendly. The accommodation is basic but we knew that in advance. The planes fly very low over the building and are noisy but we knew that in advance too. We actually found our regular “air show” quite entertaining. The breakfast we were served by Alexia was a really nice surprise…yummy! Finally we are especially grateful for their understanding about the room key we accidentally took with us and allowing us to return it at our convenience."
