"The property was beautiful! Tons of amenities! Great restaurants"

"When we arrived at the hotel there were random bugs in the hallways and the sheets had blood on them. The conditioner was out in the shower. They charge a lot for parking, which is a huge set back. I saw a sign that there is a remodel happening this summer, which is much needed! I used to stay here a lot, but I won't be staying here again until after the remodel happens!"

"The house was clean…but there were lots of broken floor tiles, chipped paint, etc! We also had issues with the pool. They were quick to respond to our issue and had the pool company come out. They added a little acid to the water but it didn’t fix the issue…the water was cloudy/murky/dirty the whole stay! We did also have an issue with a lot of bugs outside…which is understandable…but there was also a BIG bug issue on the morning we were leaving! An exterminator might be a good idea!! "

"The beds were like marshmallows, too soft for comfortable night sleep. Pool was closed for renovation, and I was never advised of that. Also, I was not advised that parking was not free very disappointed in hotel and accommodations."

"My only complaint is that the breakfast really wasn't very good at all. The French toast sticks were very hard and the sausage was barely warm and overdone. "

"Everything was very nice. Only having two bathrooms and four bedrooms could be a problem if your trying to travel with more then 2 adult couples. Okay for kids. Pool and outdoor space was great"
