Service und Frühstück klasse! Zimmer zweckmäßig.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, aufgrund der Kieler Woche. Für den nächsten Tag hatten wir einen Schiffstörn gebucht und konnten den Parkplatz auch für diesen Tag mieten (7,-/Tag), das war sehr praktisch, da Kiel quasi voll bis oben hin war. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet; Betten sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad war ok, für eine Nacht und 3-Sterne vollkommen ok. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut, von warmen, gekochten Eiern über Käse, Wurst, Obstsalat und knackigen Brötchen bis hin zu Kaffeespezialitäten aus der Jura war alles dabei. Dies hat uns gefallen. Wie gesagt: Service und Frühstück klasse! Zimmer zweckmäßig.

Parksituation problematisch (April 2022): Nur 2 Parkplätze am Hotel (sollten vorher gebucht werden). Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel, daher einige hundert Meter Fußmarsch zum nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Sehr schöne Suite mit Sauna. Aber: Liegt in der 3. Etage und kein Aufzug.

God beliggenhed.

Forkert adr. Hjemmefra, vi kom til lukket dør/hotel og var godt trætte af det, endelig kom vi igennem på et tlfnr, og skulle så køre i 5-10 min til ny adr. Ingen forklaring på dette. Hotel pænt og rent, men ikke særlig hyggeligt. Kun få møbler, kun 1 stol på værelset, trods det vi var 2, ingen køleskab, man kunne ikke lave te/kaffe på værelse. Pga corona ville det være godt med engangs handsker ved morgenmad. Udmærket morgenmad, dog manglede bacon til æg. Men god beliggenhed og fint hotel til prisen. Parkering i P hus lige i nærheden. 36 euro for to dage.

Beim Frühstück sind wir als junges Paar darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden, Maske und Latexhandschuhe zu tragen. Die älteren Gäste trugen die Maske unter dem Kinn und keine Handschuhe und wurden, obwohl die Servicekraft direkten Kontakt mit ihnen hatte, nicht darauf hingewiesen. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, zeigte sich das Personal wenig verständnisvoll und hat hinter der Wand, aber gut für uns hörbar, über uns gelästert. Im Zimmer waren eindeutig zu wenig Steckdosen und eine gereinigte Fernbedienung sieht auch anders aus. Wir hatten nur einen großen Koffer, aber für den keinen Platz zum Abstellen außer direkt im Bereich der Türe.

Das Hotelteam ist sehr gut auf Wünsche eingegangen, liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt und dem Schwedenkai. Wer allerdings geheingeschränkt ist sollte wissen, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt.
