Very good location near Kiel train station accessible also to bus and shopping mall and restaurants. Eco friendly and clean room. Fast check out with digital room key given.

The layout of the room was great. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel, close to everything, we arrived by train, only 10 min walk from train station. We left by boat, only 10 min walk to the boat terminal. Modern good maintained rooms in a somwhat boring looking cement building (former office building ?) Used it only for sleeping. Would do it again.

Über das Hotel, das Personal und das Frühstück gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Jedoch war das Zimmer zur Straße und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einschalten.

Rummet var ok . Hotellet var under renovering så man såg inte så mycket ut. Vi hade inte frukost så det vet jag inte hur den var. Parkering på hotellets gård gör 8€ är ok. Nära till affärer och restauranger.

Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Vorübernachtung zur Kreuzfahrt gebucht. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eins für 4 Personen mit Stockbett) sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Frühstück haben wir dazu gebucht, sehr lecker. Einziges kleines Manko - man hat die Durchsagen vom Bahnhof in der Nacht bis 2 Uhr früh (auch bei geschlossenem Fenster) gehört.

Naja

Das Zimmer war ok, allerdings recht laut. War aber zu erwarten. Beim Service/Check in kann man Glück haben und einen freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter erwischen … oder halt weder noch. Wir hatten beides. Der Automaten Check in hat sich wieder mal als nicht stabil herausgestellt. Wir versuchen demnächst eine andere Hotelkette

Helt ok. Ble fortalt av resepsjonen at frokosten var til 10:30. Ble kastet ut av frokosten 10:00, da ryddepersonalet sa at vi måtte gå. Veldig kjedelig at vi fikk så lite tid og at vi ble fortalt feil tid. Veldig dyr frokost for veldig lite utvalg!
