The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable.

Super waren: - Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - Ausstattung des Hotels war hervorragend, modern und stilvoll - insgesamt ein erholsamer Ort mit schönem Ausblick Verbesserungspotenzial: - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, jedoch hatte wir vor dem Balkon eine große Parkfläche; bessere wäre die betroffenen Zimmer als solche zu kennzeichnen und ggf. kostengünstiger anzubieten - es gibt lediglich zwei sehr kleine Saunen sowie Massage-Optionen; ansonsten gibt es noch keine weitere Wellness-Ausstattung wie Pool, Whirlpool, große Saunen, etc. (befindet sich derzeit im Bau) Fazit: Wir sind Fans von Wald.Weit geworden, würden jedoch einen erneuten Besuch erst nach Fertigstellung des neuen Wellness-/Spa-Bereichs planen.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit wunderschön eingerichteten Zimmern in toller Lage mit Aussicht über den Rheingau. Ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, ein Restaurant mit lokalen, aber durchaus außergewöhnlichen Gerichten (wir hatten Birkenrindenravioli), die alle köstlich geschmeckt haben und köstlich angerichtet waren. Das Personal war durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und persönlich.

Gastronomisches Angebot könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Ein Steak oder Schnitzel gehören z.B auf jede Speisekarte. Über die Betten gibt’s nix zu meckern. Das Standardzimmer ist zu klein, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, sich zu zweit vernünftig hinzusetzen. Eine Art Liege vor dem Bett ist zum liegen zu klein , und zum Sitzen für 2 zu klein. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig, aber ein Schrank zum hängen und verstauen von Kleidungsstücken fehlt, wenngleich Platz dafür wäre, ebenso wie im Zimmer selbst. Daß man Handtücher nicht schlicht an einen Haken hängen kann , ist ärgerlich. Zimmer und Bad sind halt nach dem Motto : Function follows Design und nicht umgekehrt gestaltet.
