Tranquil villa just steps from the beach!

Our Windswept Villa is located just a short walk down the path from Kiawah's world-renowned, 10 mile-long beach! The setting is tranquil, and very "Kiawah". We love the beauty of the coastal shingle-styled buildings nestled in the natural setting that draws most of us to Kiawah Island in the first place, and has captured our hearts forever. We enjoy stepping out each morning with a cup of coffee for a walk along the beach. Later in the day we can take our beach chairs and a book and relax next to the ocean. At some point each day we hop on bikes to explore the island along the miles of bike paths that wind through the forest and past amazing seaside cottages, and architecturally stunning mansions. We love that we are not rushed. We know to take our time and enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the island for our short time here. There are no crowds EVER. Even over the busiest holidays, we are pleasantly surprised by how few people are sharing our little vacation experience. There is no other place like it! License # RBL20-000232

The villa was perfect! So well appointed with everything you would want for stay. Owners were wonderful about checking in if we had any questions.. Even though we had rain and cold… it was so cozy and comfortable!

Great Stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long wedding weekend for our first time on Kiawah. Place was very clean and easy to find so giving 5 Stars. It was just what we needed so definitely recommend

Lovely Condo

Great little condo just steps from the beach. Perfect for marathon weekend because we were able to walk to spots around the course after the roads closed. Short drive to great restaurants and shops. Thank you Tom and Anne - we would definitely stay again

Wonderful Vacation Destination

The villa was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and truly was steps away from the beach, which we enjoyed every day. The owners made the whole process very easy and were very responsive when I had a simple question. We look forward to visiting family there again and hopefully staying at this property if it is available :).

Friendly hosts who are very helpful. Villa was well stocked and very clean. Location is exceptional! The beautiful beach is just across the boardwalk. It’s a wonderful place to get away!

Beach and biking

The villa was lovely. A very short distance to the beach for morning walks. We are bikers so enjoyed the path. It as a short stay, but will recommend it to family.

Tranquill Villa

This is a lovely property and perfect for two people. It is very tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the unit was well supplied. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Kiawah Island, SC.

Perfect Villa in Kiawah

I was in Kiawah for a friend's wedding and stayed for an entire week. This was the perfect place to stay- SO close to the beach, more space than I anticipated, and very clean. Communication from Tom was fantastic, and when a beach chair broke during our stay it was replaced (not expected and very kind!). Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place for your Kiawah vacation!

Perfect condo close to everything!

This was our first time in Kiawah and we absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We were close to everything and a 2 minute walk to the beach. This condo was just what we needed for our stay. It was adorable and very clean. Owner was extremely communicative.

Beautiful getaway

We stayed at this apartment for my longest friend's wedding weekend and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, clean, fresh, in a great location walkable to the main Sanctuary Hotel where we visited the pool and beach, and had very quaint pleasant decorations within. Overall a beautiful home with very positive vibes. Full recommend!

Fantastic stay at 4336 Windswept

For the second year in a row, I stayed at this condo, because I like it so much. I would give this condo 10 stars if I could. It is well-fashioned, very comfortable, and extremely convenient to both the beach as well as other Kiawah activities. It is a joy to stay here. Plus, the owners are extremely kind and helpful, which makes this condo all the better. You will not go wrong staying here.

Amazing!

What a lovely place to stay on such a relaxing and tranquil island. The home had everything we needed and it was quiet, super comfy, cozy, and CLEAN. We will definitely stay there again communication was a breeze and you are so close to the beach! We didn’t realize there was a porch until we got there so that was an added bonus! 2nd time here!

Very relaxing and soothing stay at this clean, well appointed villa! Tom is so wonderful to communicate with and has kindly put up with my vrbo snafu’s! We had just lost our very cherished cat 3 weeks prior to this planned getaway and coming to this villa and the 2 minute walk to the healing ocean vibes was just what we needed for our grieving hearts. Lovely home away from home.

We were privileged to stay 2 weeks at Tom and Anne's lovely villa and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa is so cozy and welcoming and offered everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is awesome, just a bike ride from all the amazing things nature has to offer and a very short walk to the beach. It’s perfect,

This is THE perfect property for a Charleston SC vacation. Literally, a 1 minute walk to clean uncommercialized beaches. The location allows for easy day trips to explore the areas’ historic sites and beyond. The host is immediately responsive, and the property is well maintained with a nice kitchen. The local grocery store is only 5 minutes away with several other choices on the drive to/from Charleston.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and next to Night Heron Park. Tom was quick to reply to our questions and everything was perfect. No frills but had everything you need for a wonderful stay at Kiawah. Please note guest do not have access to pools and you will need to login to your own tv streaming service. I will gladly give those up for the awesome value this condo gives. We will definitely book here again.

Loved This Villa

Everything about this villa is topnotch. My husband and I stayed here for a month. It was very quiet, no one else in the other three units in this building. The bed was comfortable and the furnished were nice.I loved that there was a nice collection of cleaning supplies, even stainless steel cleaner for the appliances. Most renters probably would not think this is a plus but we were here for a month.The shower is excellent, great water pressure.The washer and dryer are conventional and in their own separate room.We had space to store our bikes in the storage area beneath the unit. Locked and safe.Check in was easy and the extra keys were appreciated.I would recommend this villa to any couple looking for a relaxing stay. We are planning to return again next year.Thank you to Tom and Anne for renting to us.

Relaxing week on Kiawah

Enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was nice. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything we needed, although I didn’t do any cooking. We ate our meals at Freshfields. Close walk to the beach, which was very nice. We had 3 or 4 deer in our parking lot in front of the villa one evening. I saw a pool in the park close by, probably in walking distance. However, there was one thing that I can say, the livingroom furniture could use an update in my opinion. The couch was fine but the side chairs was really not comfortable enough to spend anytime sitting in. I brought a chair from the deck in to use while watching TV and it was much more comfortable. Overall, I was an enjoyable experience. Host was nice and friendly.
